To formulate an action plan for recommendations for ACPC contained in Serious Case Overview Reports. To monitor the progress of the action plans for all agencies formulated in response to recommendations of Serious Case Overview Reports. To produce a biennial report for ACPC, reporting on requests for Serious Case Reviews; recommendations for Serious Case Reviews; progress on action plans following Serious Case Reviews. Membership The core group is based on multi-agency representation. Structure Meetings will be held at least every six months, but may be arranged more frequently depending on the progress of any Serious Case Reviews.
